macro to allow user to type in one selected drop down for- "other".

I have a drop down menu where I only allow the user to select an option and not type. However, if they choose "other" I want them to be able to type in it.
I have attached the spreadsheet and the drop down menu appears under "Activities"

If someone understands this and knows how to make this work, I would greatly appreciate it .
