Need a macro to filter a column in one tab and copy the entire rows of data into another

I am trying to create a macro that will use info from one column to choose a word and every row that has that word plus the addition data in the rows will be copied into another tab.

if column B contains the word "accounting" then i want all the data (10 or so columns) around 50 rows copied into a new tab so i can graph it.

any help appreciated.
