Master sheet continually updated?

Hey everyone,
I would like my sheet "Master" to be continually updated with information that is entered into the sheet Progression. The reasoning is to prevent entire loss of data if someone accidentally deletes information before a backup is made. It can't be a link because the data in Progression gets moved to the Complete sheet multiple times a week, and is subsequently deleted from the Progression sheet. I think I may need to add some sort of unique identifier to each row of data, but would prefer to avoid that option. Any thoughts/suggestions?
