Please Help: Auto Update Data in Cell When Change is Made on Certain Cells in the Same Row

I have a document that's about a thousand rows; each row is a listing for a company.

I would like cells in column N to be automatically updated with the current date, when the cells of Columns G,H,I K, L, M, or O in the same row are changed.

I have no idea how to do this, so if anyone could shine light on this I would be really grateful. Thanks!
