Need help to display company names

Hi all,

Display Company names in label.caption as typing in textbox. I have attached for your reference

search textbox value inside the sheet. return matched value and display error if not.

Ignore your label, it'll just say 'Tavera'. The label below it (Not Found) is the new label. There's some code commented out that I fiddled with.
I had to delegate the meat of the matter to an excel formula and had to reference excel cells (because it's a lot easier).

Thanks much for your quick response bro.. i have some modifications, while entering the name in textbox the column header should display i do not want the textbox.value to be displayed again. EX: if i type fiat in the textbox field label.caption should change to Ford, if i type Tavera in the textbox field label.caption change to Chevrolet. Thank you once again.
