Search and Edit Script Needed

Hope someone can give me a hand in writing the correct codes for my Login Issues Tracker. I am just starting to learn VB and not yet familiar with complicated script. I have attached the tracker that i am using. It has two userforms. What i want is to search all data using Voice Ticket number or by using Remedy ID then it will show all details (for multiple data for a Voice Ticket) and would allow me to edit and save. Hope someone can point me to the right direction and with the correct codes. Thank you in advance!
