VBA code to count specific values

Dear all,

I would like the output to be displayed in "Sheet2", but I cannot get the formula below to work:

=COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$B:$B,"*"&F$1&"*",Sheet1!$A:$A,"*"&$E2&"*")

If possible, can this formula be covnerted into VBA code?
