Make specific cells blink

Hi everyone...

I was trying to create blinking cells for my spreadsheet, but haven't had any success so far.

I have several different categories such as (Purchasing, Drafting, Appliances, etc) that are entered into a database and then automatically transferred into an Aerial View.
My goal is to make a cell blink one color if it says "Purchasing", another color if it says "Drafting", and so on...

That means, if i open my Aerial View Line 2 Tab, Range("B8:D8") would be flashing one color, Range("F8:H8") would be flashing another color, and so on...

Thanks stanleydgromjr. I went through these pages before and one of them worked fine, except i could only do it for a range with one cell...
What I am trying to achieve is little more complicated..

This is an advance problem... I would really appreciate if there's anybody that could help...
