Make a rolling schedule that repeat itself when one turn is made.

Ok I am gonna try to make myself understood in my poor english

Fist of all i have micro skills in macro and i have so far only succeded with one small thing.

What i want to do is to make and schedule in excel 2010.
- It will have five days.
- 21 different posts/stations (work posts/stations). So it is 21 employees.

For example, if employee nr1 is on station 1 on monday it will be on station two on tuesday etc untill
friday where it will be on station 5.
I want to make a macro that by pressing on the "scroll bar" button up, it will go to next week.
So employee nr 1 jumps down to station 6 on monday, station 7 on tuesday etc.

This is possible to make the problem comes to when the employees pass by station 21, because then they should
go up to station 1.

What i am trying to explain is that i want to make a macro that everytime i press on it, it will take down the person
5 steps, something like this:

WEEK1
mon tue wed thur friday

stat1 Alf
stat2 Alf
stat3 Alf
stat4 Alf
stat5 Alf
WEEK2
stat6 Alf
stat7 Alf
stat8 Alf
stat9 Alf
stat10 Alf

Of course the schedule is packed with the other employees during week 1 and 2 etc so i only want one schedule but that it jump down everytime i press the up button and i ALSO want to be able to go back, with the scroll back button..

I know that this isnt a easy task, not for me at least and i really apriciate all the help i coud get. I am really a novice in this so hopefully someone can help me in the "same" langauge hehe.

Ps. Want to make the week number to change everytime i change of week also.

PS linked a example since the example i tried to show here didnt work so good when the words were rearrenged.
So when you look at the example then i want it to go around and around and every time the "NEW WEEK" button is pressed then the week number goes up... also to make an reverse button so i can see the weeks before.
