Keep cell and picture sizes the same when pasting to a new sheet

Hi,
I have some VBA which copies a sheet and pastes values to a new workbook. When the new workbook is created, the sizes of the columns and pictures from my original sheet are not retained. How can I make sure that what I copy gets pasted and looks exactly the same as the original?

I also have conditional formatting that does not transfer across. Is this possible to keep as well?
