Spell Numbers code change needed

I need help in 2 things in the attached file:-
I've got the number to text code from Microsoft site and I've changed a little as my need, and as much as I can.

But I still need help to show the decimal as "123/1000" instead of "one hundred twenty three Fils"

second thing, since I must follow the form in the attached file, I've separated the number 1234.567 to be in two columns (one for dollars and other for cents).

But the VBA code can't Sum the Total from the 2 columns, so I made a separate cell for total but for sorry it SUM the numbers not combine them.
