copy dynamic content of a cell containing formula to another cell

Sir,

I want to copy content of cell to another cell. for eg. a1 to d1, a1 to d2, a1 to d3 in interval (1min).The source data(A1) is coming out of a formula, for eg. A1=D5.The code I got after so much googling is not working for copying the content of A1 , because the data coming out of formula . if I change manually the
content of A1,it is copied to D cell last row. I am new for VB code.
Tthe copying should be in interval( eg. 1 minute). please help me.
