Macro to delete rows with conditions

Hi!

I need to do two different things:

-Where capacity and headcount equal 0 in the same row I want to delete the entire row.
-When an email address is duplicated only keep the first row and delete the other rows regardless of what's in the other cells of the duplicated rows.(the other cells in the row may have different data so, the entire row may not be the same it's just the same email)

I would also like to run them in order not at the same time. So the first bullet will run and then the second bullet will run.
