    Update few columns of information from another sheet to my existing report

    Dear Sir,
    everyday I need to update my report, our warehouse will send me the updated part numbers everyday, may be contains 30-100 plus part numbers. I need to edit my report base on the updated information.
    Firstly, I need to search the part number need to update in my report.
    Secondly, I need to update few column of information to my reporrt. like receiving time, which planet etc.
    This is can be quite tedious, Is there some way like just put the 100 plus part numbers into my report, the report will auto run and update?
    or what is the logic inside this VBA process. what formula or function I need to use?
    Is this problem can be solved by using VBA?
