Can you speed this up? Poor VBA code?

Thanks Arlu, it's certainly tidied up my code but made little difference to the speed.

It must be something else slowing it up.

AB33 (thanks for the reply btw) and Arlu, At the risk of asking too much can you take a look at this - it's awful VBA i know but may be the casue of my slow macro:

Thanks AB33, there was an error but I managed to take some of your code to make it work.

Overall there is now a huge increase in performance so this one is well and truley SOLVED,
