Linking Tables- Rows/columns automatically adjust

I have three different tables A, B & C

Table A is where i input the data- number of rows can be any thing from 1-15.

What i was hoping to do was if I increase the number of rows in Table A the same number of rows would also appear automatically in table B and Table C (B20-B27 equivalent to one Row)

I would also like to type in a number into C1 and the columns in table C would also adjust accordingly.
