Automatically copying data to subtotal line

    Hello!

I have a massive spreadsheet / database that I need to consolidate information to the subtotal line. For example, there are 4 lines of data and then one subtitle row. I need to copy the data in the last row (row 4) and add it to the blank cells in the subtotal row.

Essentially, I have a 30,000 line spreadsheet, with 8,100 subtotals. I need to copy the names and addresses of the data lines, over to the subtotal line so that I can use just the subtotal line and merge it into a new database. So, instead of 30,000 entries into the database, I will have 8100. Does that make any sense? Is it even possible?

    Thanks!
