i placed 3 things you can do there in red. not sure what you need. if you need any of them, just remove the single quote

ok so this helps a bit. how do pick the values to paste not the (rather than the formula)

also how would this be adjusted to suit a different row/ column. i assume it would be by altering the v= 5 and the "I" part?

say you want to paste in Q5, then put this add this red line after the copying:
