Macro Help...Plot Graph based on Cell Value

Hi All,

I am trying to plot a graph Based on Yes, No or NA Values.
for eg if a Columns has two yes, 2 no's in sample size of 4 entries it should plot a column graph displaying 50% in one color and 50% in the other
if 2 Yes, 1 NO and 1 NA, it should plot a graph with 66% Yes and 33% No thereby ignoring the NA values.

Plus I want to filter it with the Team Name so graph can plot on all data and any specific team when selected.
