Create Calendar on Excel data

Hey guys,I have been trying to work on this for a few days now and just got stumped. I have searched the forum and found multiple samples and have been very helpful. I am not just that technical. I have a spreadsheet filled with data for our projects with start dates and finish dates. My boss is looking to update the data sheet and be able to automatically see a monthly calendar showing certain start dates, I have highlighted them in the spreadsheet. I am not sure if I should use a macro or just use a formula. I am using Excel 2010 and have included what they expect the calendar to look like. Any help would be appreciated.
