Search from provided data list and return all instances of given criteria

I am pretty new to the world of macros but love what they can achieve.

I have looked online and tried to adapt codes that I have found but they are not able to achieve all that i want.


I have attached a copy of my spread sheet

My desired code would be to be able to select an individual from my data list i have and then search In the whole of the 'Late Log in' tab for the word late and when it matches the selected name and the word late it will return result, if there are lots of results then I would like every time they actually loggged in late in Cell D1 down and then in cell E1 down the date that the late log in occured.

If this is achievable please can some one help.

If there is any more info needed or I havent explained myself clearly just ask.
