Populating fixed cells with sequential data entry from different sheet

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the forum. I have a questions regarding a running list. I would like to keep a running list of information on sequential rows (on Sheet 1) by DATE. From the information, I would like to populate cells in Sheet 2. I don't need Sheet 2 to retain the sequential information, but update with the latest date entered. I would like for Sheet 2 to re-populate it's same designated cells with the ongoing sequential information on Sheet 1. I would like for Sheet 2 to pull the information based upon the latest date entered.

Essentially, I want to use Sheet 1 to enter and store sequential data. I want Sheet 2 to be a standard report that can be printed with the latest information from Sheet 1. This would enable the user to enter the information on Sheet 1, but display it accordingly on Sheet 2.
