vlookup on an html table; difficult

I want to pull information from the following url into Excel:
http://datacenter.kidscount.org/data....aspx?state=DC

The information is in the center blue table on the page.
How can I use VBA to search for "*median family income*" in the first column and return "$49,000" from the second column?

The table element has the id="ctl00_KidsCountContentPlaceHolder_stateProfile_divKeyIndTable"

I still need help figuring this out. Any ideas?
