Macro with checkboxes - not working

Dear All,

I am struggling with one macro, calling about 100+ checkboxes and making some actions depending on whether they are true or false.
So far, this is what I have found around the net:
1. This code calls checkboxes in every cell in the column E, if the value in column A is not empty. Works great, because it is not developed by me

What I am trying to do and does not work is the following:

Unfortunately, the second code does not work. My idea is to make sure, that some actions (described in the two subs Haken_ein & Haken_aus) are carried out, when one of the checkboxes, generated from the previous macro is selected or deselected.

As an alternative of the first question, can you advise why the following code does not work:
