Count rows in specific region

I want VBA to count rows in a specific region.

E.g if I have:
a b c
1 x y z
2 2 2 2
3 2 2 2
4 2 2 2

Something like this:

So that it returns 3...?

There are 4 rows in your sample. Looks to me that you already have the answer. If not does this help?
