VBA for selecting a range excluding the first and last rows.

I need so select an entire range excluding the first and last rows to apply formatting.

Here is the code i tried. I could not get to exclude the first row. I am a newbie to this. Please advise.

Im not sure you code doesnt include the top row, below would select A2 to the last row minus 1
