Search Engine in Excel

Hello I need help creating a search engine. I have a large file that contains multiple descriptions in multiple languages in multiple columns. What I like to achieve is a search engine on the English column. A sample of the file is attached I like to search on the English descriptions. The real file is large it contains over 50 thousand lines.
