Hi

My thanks to Xladept and others for solvind my previous posts.

Like to post a new thread to change the validation of number of cells by refering the already Defined Names.

Have explained more in the attachment

Thanks a lot!

You have almost solved my problem, but small change is for eg., if I select Option button BS, then all the pink coloured cells should have the validation of the hierarchies Containing 'BS' in level 3.
i.e. Sheet("OU") Range B4:B8.
