    Question Programmatically Select Dialog Boxes

I get two dialog boxes that come up during my data file parsing. The first is shown in a screen capture attached and labeled Error-1.jpg. I would like to answer the box as YES. The second box says the file in current location already exists in this location. Do I want to replace it. The answer is YES to the second. How can these dialog boxes be answered programmatically in VBA?

I have Excel 2010 and are running Windows XP. Thanks.
