i have 4 spreadsheets opened, each workbook hast at least 3+ worksheets
so i just want to get the number of rows in the active sheet of an active workbook

If all of your files are >2003 file format then by default every sheet of the workbooks will be having 1048576 rows

I am assuming that you want to know no. of rows used in each sheet.
You can assign this a variable for further processing.
