Add command button to shape and change shape color on mouseover

I have a map of the U.S. in Excel. Is there a way to change the color of a state when the user does a mouseover on a state w/o clicking the mouse? I've seen some examples that work if using a command button but I can't figure a way to convert a shape to a commmand button. Any comments appreciated. Attached is sample of map.

I think mouseover event does not exist for shapes, if you can accept click event you can use a code like this

Thanks for the tip but not quite what I am looking for. Looking for a mouseover only without clicking if possible. Thanks.
