Append data from multiple sheets into 1 new sheet in a new file

Hi,

I have about 33 files (8 MB each)..

Each file has 1 worksheet and similar data and same column headers.

I need to append the data of all 33 sheets into 1 sheet.

Can someone suggest a macro for this ?
