Merge All Sheets Data Into Master Sheet Based on a condition

Hi All,


I am trying to combine all the sheets in this file into one is the status column is anything except "has issues". I dont know vba as im a noob any help would be appreciated,

1. is there a way to make it real time? like a formula that combines all the there data from the sheets if the status is anything except "has issues".
2. If the above is not possible, maybe a macro?
