compare and insert data

I will be copying and pasting data from another app. I am already manipulating this to some degree with macros, but I need to go a bit further.
On sheet 1 column I need to compare columns d and g (column d contains a customer name and g is the route number to which they belong) to sheet 2 columns a and b which will also have the same info along with 3 more columns. When a customer and route from sheet 1 match a customer and route on sheet 2, I need the info from columns c, d and e from sheet 2 inserted into columns j, k and l on sheet 1.

I hope this makes sense and would appreciate any help that I can get with this. BTW I am a newbie at programming and macros.
