Creating 2 Column List Based on 1 Column of Data... with a catch. :)

Hi guys,

I have a problem I am trying to solve, and not sure how to go about "searching" for a related solution on the site. It's hard to describe without providing an example of what I am trying to do.

I have a single-column list of data:

A
B
C
D
E
....

Which I would like to be "converted" to a two-column list like this:

A B
A C
A D
A E
B A
B C
B D
B E
C A
C B
C D
C E
D A
D B
D C
D E
E A
E B
E C
E D

Where each row will not have two identical values in the same row.
