Deleting spaces preceding text in copied in data

Hi there,

I am copying in data from an external source. But when this data copies over it has two empty spaces preceding the text. I have various macros running which sorts the data and moves it to the places I need it. But before I run these I have to manually remove the two spaces first, and it doesnt link well with the lookups, etc I have in the places where the data ends up. I if there is a solution for removing these spaces that I can incorporate into my initial macro which sorts the data at the first stage?
