the click box was click but cannot save it and please help to add imported date

Dear all

Please help for solve my VBA problem. There are some problems in this excel

(1) when i click "completed" box in the page of "overview", it donesnt work, it cannot save the click.
(2) when i type the words in add action, i want to record the import date to "overview" pages and "Actions" pages, but i don't know how to make.
(3) can change the combo box to list
(4) in "projects", due to convenience, i type 1 instead of Shop A, but in Actions, it cannot show Shop A which show "1". Anyone can help me for fixed.
