Add a note to a cell with values from other cells.

Hi, I have this informations

A B C
1 0002 650 John AA
2 0045 100 Tim AC
3 2548 200 Jon PP


I need a code that will look for every cell populated in column A, and that it will add a note with the content of column C in colum A... so for A1 the note would be John AA, A2 Tim AC, and so on. Of course I'm dealing with more than three rows and that is why I'm looking for some sort of code. Any ideas? Any hel would be appreciated. Thanks!
