Open workbook, filter values, copy/paste into Active workbook.

    Hello Excel People!

I'm wondering on some quick code to do this automatically every time the active workbook is first opened.

Workbook to be opened, filtered and copied (source): "HOME"
    Active Workbook: "RAW"

The source workbook has a specified location on the shared drive. It will need to be filtered by a particular dimension in the column heading value = "OPERA" , have the entire range copied and then pasted into
the Sheet "MLF" of the "RAW" workbook. Does this "HOME" workbook need to be opened and can it be unfiltered again once the data has been pasted?

I will be posting an attempt in due course, just in a hurry today!

    Many Thanks,

    M

the code below is my attempt, is the filtering portion for the source workbook correct in its approach?
