Open workbook in new instance of excel

I have a solution I developed that opens from “Workbook_Open” and immediately shows a userform and makes the application not visible. The entire solution is run in userforms. The issue is if the user already has excel open the solution opens and makes their current workbook not visible. I would like the solution to determine if excel is already ope and if it is open in a new instance of excel.

I think that is going in the direction I want to go. What I need to happen is when a user already has an excel workbook open and they double click on my excel workbook solution, my workbook will open in a new instance of excel because my workbook solution makes the excel workbook invisible and runs with user forms.
