Sort/rank multiple columns

Hi All,

I would like to sort/rank projects according to score but should also take into account any manual overrides by management.

What I've done thus far:
I created a macro to first sort the projects by management overide and then by the initial project rank.

Problems with the above:
The macro only works correctly if management overrides begin with "1". It also limits overrides to consective numbers (1,2,3, etc).

I need to remove the limitations on the management override but don't have experience with advanced macros and VBA programming.
