Auto round off

I am using AUTO ROUND OFF IN Colum b4 what is the formula for AUTO ROUND OFF TO AUTO CHANGE THE FIGURS & + or - IN D4
EXAMPLE: - SUBTOTAL 2910.90 AUTOROUND OFF +.10 G TOTAL 2911.00
SUBTOTAL 2910.95 AUTOROUND OFF +.05 G TOTAL 2911.00
SUBTOTAL 2910.55 AUTOROUND OFF +.45 G TOTAL 2911.00
SUBTOTAL 3015.05 AUTOROUND OFF -.O5 G TOTAL 3015.00
SUBTOTAL 3015.15 AUTOROUND OFF -.15 G TOTAL 3015.00

If you want D4 value to roundoff in E4 cell use this formula in E4 cell.
