    Catch non-numeric characters

I made a program that allows users to input in a cell B6 to E6, B7 to E7, B8 to E8. I want to catch non numeric characters and empty input. It will pop-up an error message and will not allow users to input in other cells.

For example the users input numbers in B6, C6, D6 but in E6, he encoded non-numeric character, excel will pop up an error and he can't encode in other input cells as long as he didn't correct the input.

As I mentioned I have used data validation not code.. select any cell and press Alt + D + L, you'll see the formula there
