Hide Rows on one Sheet based on cells in another sheet being empty

Sheet1 range of cells c7 to L7 will either have a value or be empty. I need to hide rows on sheet 2 based on this condition. In other words, if sheet1 cell c7 is empty, hide row 14 on sheet 2 if sheet 1 cell d7 is empty, hide row 15 on sheet 2, and so on up to cell Sheet 1 L7 and sheet 2 row 23. The cells c7 to L7 on sheet 1 will change, so the hide and unhide on sheet 2 need to occur when the change occurs on sheet 1 cells c7 to L7. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
