Ascii Characters_Conditional Formating

Dear All,

Please help me with the below requirement.

I want to apply conditional formatting and want to move the entire row to a new sheet if I Find any of the Ascii Characters in Range(A:A).

Please help. It would be great if it is solved. I tried possible ways but failed.
