document inspector

Every few minutes i keep getting a prompt saying

"This document contains macros, activeX controls, XML expansion pack information, or web components. These may include personal information that cannot be removed by the Document Inspector."

How do i get rid of this??

Excel option-Trus centre-Trust setting-privacy options-Untick-Remove personal information from file.....
