Works for me as Dilipandey has suggested.
There are a couple of warnings about formatting issues ... but the macros work OK.
The VBA Project is locked for viewing so I can't actually see the macros, but they appear to work in that you can display the form and complete the entries.

When i fill up form, the error pops up while entering the field of 'Drawn Basic'. 'Compile error in hidden module: Data'
The file works absolutely fine in its actual .xlsm format.
As I said, the VBA Project is password protected and locked for viewing. We can't see the code so we can only guess.
It may be more to do with difference in Excel 2003 and Excel 2010. For example, there are more rows in 2010.
How do you want to proceed?
Regards, TMS

Use this XLSM to XLS converter, it works vice versa also and can also convert excel files to many other formats.
