Copy and paste only unprotected cells...

Hi,

I can't seem to find a simple solution to this problem-

I need to copy and paste values from employee invoices to a company invoice without affecting the formulas.

(see examples)

EMPLOYEE INVOICE EXAMPLE.xlsxCOMPANY INVOICE EXAMPLE.xlsx

I need to copy and paste only the quantity values and not the dollar amounts.

I've tried protecting the sheet and locking the cells that I don't want the formulas from. I've tried pasting values and paste special.
I know I could hold CTRL or rewrite the formulas in the company invoice after pasting, but is there not an easier way?
