Macro to copy/paste dynamic range x times into same sheet

Hi All,

I am in need of a macro that will copy and paste a dynamic range of down a worksheet. The range will always have the same number of columns however the rows usually vary from 1 to 10 but sometimes much more. It just needs to copy itself and paste immediatley below on the same sheet a number of times, that being based on the value in cell L1.

The range will always start in A2 and extend across to column G. Row 1 contains header info that does not need to be included.

Any help with this would be much appreciated, I have a sample file of before (sheet1) and after(Sheet2) to get an idea of what I need.
