Database entries as rows and columns

I am working with the attached "form" and "database". Is it possible to have each of the "showroom"; "model#"; "description"; "item total" entries post to the same column on the next row rather than having all of the data on one row? Basically I would like the entries to look like:

    Entered/Customer Name/Payment Method/Check #/Subtotal/TaxExempt/Total/Showroom/Model #/Description/Item Total
    1.01/01/01/John Smith/Cash/9999/25.00/0.0/0.0/ 25.00/ABC/1234/Table/10.00
    Blank/Blank/Blank/Blank/Blank/Blank/Blank/CDE/9876/Lamp/15.00
    2.01/02/01/Jane Smith/Check/1234/12.00/0.0/0.0/12.00/FGH/5678/Desk/12.00

The goal is to be able to sort the entries by Showroom; Model; ETC.

    Thanks!
